Thank you for your interest in our property. We love our home and we’re sure you’ll love it too! Before you stay with us, we need to verify a couple of things through our screening process. Our screening criteria is intended to be as transparent and straight forward as possible.

Step 2
Tenant Background Check
Upon completion of Tenant Application and Background Check, we will verify the information provided and conduct our final verification of this information. A candidate will be scored based on two categories; identity verification, and financial health. For more information on the criteria factors, please see below.
You will receive an email with an acceptance or denial of you application.
Step 3
Tenant Screening Verification
Upon completion of the Tenant Application (above) you will receive an email from TenantCloud with instructions to complete a Background Check. The fee for this service is $40.00 and you will be billed directly through TenantCloud. Please give TenantCloud 24 - 72 hours to process the Background Check.
Criteria Factors
Candidates should have a household gross income of three times the monthly rent.
A fair to favorable credit history and no open bankruptcies.
No previous evictions or unpaid rent.
No felony convictions within the last six years.
Preference will be given to candidates with excellent residential history.
Preference will be given to those with steady long term employment history.
Preference will be given to candidates with longer than 6 month stay.

Processing time varies depending on multiple factors such as staff availability, verification processes, and TenantCloud time constraints. Please anticipate 24 - 72 hours.

Security deposits can vary depending on multiple factors including financial health of the applicant and potential risk. However, the maximum security deposit is one month's rent.
